Each EVW piece is designed with precision and intention. Many garments are produced in limited quantities or made specifically for the client. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Categories

EVW operates across two distinct product categories:

CORE (Ready-to-Wear)

CORE pieces are available for immediate shipment or produced in limited quantities.

ATELIER (Made-to-Measure / Custom)

ATELIER pieces are made specifically for the client and may involve custom sizing, fittings, or design modifications.

2. Returns & Exchanges

CORE Collection

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • No refunds

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging

To initiate:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund:

  • All ATELIER (made-to-measure / custom) pieces

  • Items purchased using a discount code or during promotional periods

  • Intimate apparel, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Accessories (e.g., earrings, hats) for hygiene reasons

  • All in-person purchases (including pop-ups, events, and private appointments)

In-person purchases are considered final as clients have the opportunity to review fit, fabric, and condition prior to purchase.

ATELIER (Made-to-Measure)

All ATELIER pieces are final sale.

By purchasing ATELIER, you acknowledge:

  • The garment is made specifically for you

  • No exchanges, store credit, or refunds will be provided

  • Timelines vary depending on design complexity and client communication

3. Order Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed

  • Production may begin immediately after purchase

CORE items may be produced in limited quantities or on a made-to-order basis.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that production timelines may extend beyond standard shipping estimates.

For ATELIER:

  • Timelines are variable and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to fittings, revisions, or client responsiveness

4. Sizing & Fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

  • Size guides are provided for reference

  • We are available to assist prior to purchase

For ATELIER:

  • Clients must provide accurate measurements

  • EVW is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted

5. Handmade & Material Variations

Due to the handmade nature of EVW garments, slight variations in fabric, color, or finish may occur.

These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact contact@estellevwiele.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit where applicable.

7. Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

  • Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

8. Shipping

Processing Times

CORE

  • Processed within 1–3 business days (unless made-to-order)

ATELIER

  • Production timelines vary from 2 weeks to several months

  • Dependent on design complexity and client communication

Delivery

Domestic (USA)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch

International

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

9. Shipping Conditions

  • EVW is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • EVW is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Lost, Stolen, or Uncollected Packages

  • EVW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • If a package is refused or not collected and returned:

    • Return shipping fees will be deducted

    • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in the package being returned and additional fees applied.

10. Returns Review

EVW reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

  • Make the final decision on all return, exchange, and store credit requests
